Imagine….Just for Summer with Logan Henderson

You and Logan are having an argument, ‘Just Leave Me Alone!’  You scream at him.  He stands back, looking shocked.  He didn’t expect for you to react like that.  You storm downstairs and as your walking down the hallway, James grabs your arm ‘Hey, what’s going on?’  You pull your arm from his grip.  Ignoring him, you storm out of the house.  It’s late; about quarter past 11, but you don’t care.  You run into the park that’s across the street.  You haven’t any shoes on and as your running thought the grass you stand on something sharp.  You carry on running; you sit under a tree facing away from the house. You check your foot, there’s no cut.

You and Logan are best friend. You’ve known each other since high school. You were laid on the sofa, your head on a pillow in his lap. You dozed off but you could still hear them talking; although you wasn’t sure if it was a dream or not. ‘So do you like her then?’ Carlos asked Logan. ‘I think I love her’ he muttered. ‘Does she feel the same way?’ Kendall asked. ‘I haven’t asked her, I don’t know’ he replied. ‘I’m hungry’ Kendall said, leaving the room. ‘What are you going to do?’ James said. ‘I’ll have to tell her, won’t I?’ He said, not sounding too sure. ‘Yeah, you will or it will be too late’ James said. ‘I wonder if she feels the same way’ he mumbled. ‘Hmm’ Carlos said. ‘I’m not getting my hopes up though, she’s stunning and I’m not good enough for her’ he said to them. ‘Maybe she does mate, you won’t know unless you find out’ James said. ‘Take her out for dinner’ James said. ‘I will, when?’ he asked them. ‘Tonight’ they all said at once; waking you up. You sat up. ‘What’s tonight?’ you asked them. ‘Nothing’ Logan muttered. ‘I must have being dreaming’ you shook your head.

It’s Valentine’s Day but you have no valentines. You’ve never been bothered about it before but this year it did a little bit.  You were sick of being single. You were talking about it to your best friend Logan the other day; you woke up this morning with a text from him. ‘Happy Valentine’s day Hailey, love you Logan xx’ you smiled; he always made your day; that’s why he was your best friend.  You got up and got ready.   You put a little make up on today and a nice outfit wanting to look nice.  You added a little bit of lipstick before you walked out the door.  You were going over to Logan’s and the boy’s house ‘come in Hailey’ Carlos shouted, looking out the living room window. You walked in, took your coat and shoes off and went into the living room.
